ACE Self-care Sessions to Support Academic Success

Enhance academic engagement. Sessions offered weekly in JR 233 starting Thursday 9/7/17 from 3-4 pm. Drop-ins are welcome - Attend free of charge. Offerings will include:
• Pranayama breathing techniques to reduce stress and enhance focus and concentration
• Ayurvedic foods, nutrition, and life style
• Gentle restorative yoga techniques
• Use of essential oils for health and well-being
