ACE Self-care Sessions to Support Academic Success

Nourish and support the mind/body.
Enhance academic engagement. Sessions offered weekly in JR 233 starting Wednesday 2/21/18 from 3:30-4:30 pm. Drop-ins are welcome - Attend free of charge.  Offerings will include:
•    Pranayama breathing techniques to reduce stress and enhance focus and concentration
•    Ayurvedic foods, nutrition, and life style
•    Gentle restorative yoga techniques
•    Use of essential oils for health and well-being
