Thinking About Forgiveness
Is there such a thing as the unforgivable? What is the relationship between forgiveness and memory? Is there a struggle between justice and forgiveness? An interdisciplinary, interfaith panel and discussion on forgiveness and its limits, drawing on the biblical and Qur’anic figure of Jonah, especially in light of contemporary events and concerns.

Organized by Judaic Studies, with a discussion moderated by Josh Snyder (Hillel) and Cynthia Terry (Chaplain)

Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at 1:45pm to 2:30pm
