Todd 361 Series

The 361 Advanced Choreography class will present, Living Moments, a concert of original works. The concert will include works by Goucher choreography students Kimberly Becher, Hillary Blunt, Carly Callahan, Julia Corrigan, Julianna Kronick and Hayli Throckmorton. Julianna Kronick's abstract work is inspired by pure movement, improvisation, and detailed spatial formations, while Hayli Throckmorton explores the secrets of the unconscious mind through the role of the shadow self. The emotional narrative of Kimberly Becher's work, takes a look at the challenges of epilepsy and its control over the body and the mind, while Julia Corrigan explores the emotional journey of choosing a life path. Rounding out the show are two choreographers exploration of the idea of chance. Carly Callahan expresses this idea through chance meetings and opportunities, while Hillary Blunt explores the random nature of flipping through the radio stations.
