Being the Change: Taking Care of Yourself and the World

Participants in this interactive workshop, led by Goucher psychology professor Dr. Dara Friedman-Wheeler, will explore ways in which the principles and techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) can be applied in every day life. Strategies will be especially helpful to those engaged in activism, volunteerism, community-based work, and/or professions such as social work and teaching. Conversation will be encouraged!
