The China Town Hall, sponsored by the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations, is in its 16th year. The event will begin with a speech by Amb. Jon Huntsman, Jr., who served as Ambassador to China (2009-11), to Russia (2017-19), and to Singapore (1992-93). That will be followed by commentary by Dr. Meredith Oyen (University of Maryland-Baltimore County) and Dr. Evan Dawley (Goucher College), and discussion with audience members.
