Dialogue is a foundational practice of social justice and anti-oppression work. Equity and Inclusive Excellence, in collaboration with Human Resources, is excited to offer a new Difficult Dialogues Training. The four-hour training is open to students, staff, and faculty and will focus on building skills for cultural storytelling, radical empathy, generous listening, loving accountability, and restoration, harm, and repair.
If you are a student, staff, or faculty member interested in developing skills in facilitating dialogue, particularly on identity and social issues, we invite you to join us! Trained participants may be tapped to help facilitate community conversations, difficult dialogues, and listening circles throughout the semester. Register Here
