Drop in Lifting
Are you thinking about adding some resistance to your routine, new to lifting and want some reassurance, an experienced lifter who just wants to lift with others?
Join Goucher Recreation 6:30-8:00 PM:
Mondays (Lower Body & Abs), Tuesdays (Upper Body) and Thursdays (Full Body)
- This will be two 7-week programs that are FREE, drop in (although we encourage you to attend the first two sessions!), and inclusive- all levels, experiences, and abilities welcome!
- During the first week (1/28, 1/29 & 1/31), we will go over the lifts and form, then we will progress from there!
- You are not required to attend every Monday, Tuesday and/or Thursday session.
