Fall Orchestra Concert

The Goucher College Orchestra will present their fall concert program with repertoire centering on some of the lesser-known, but immensely-talented members of the Bach and Mendelssohn families, namely Johann Christian Bach (the “London Bach”) and Fanny Mendelssohn-Hensel, Felix’s prodigious older sister. The concert will feature other some small chamber group performances from orchestra members, and the realization of pandemic-delayed performance from Yuwan Zhang, ’20. The Goucher College Orchestra includes Goucher students, faculty, and local professionals, and is under the direction of faculty member, Dr. Daniel McDavitt. All patrons will be asked to show proof of vaccination or Goucher OneCard, and are required to wear face masks when indoors.
