DESCRIPTION:The Goucher Theatre Department’s Class of 2019 presents The S
kriker\, by Caryl Churchill. The story takes place in 80’s London as two
teenage women\, Lily and Josie\, are thrust into motherhood. They must fe
nd for themselves against the Skriker\, a shapeshifter and queen of the un
derworld\, who is determined to awaken humanity to environmental destructi
on. The Skriker and her faerie companions tell a tale of human greed and t

Changing the fate of the world comes at a great cost\, which may leave yo
u thinking\, “be careful what you wish for...”
