GoucherFit HIIT w/ Kiara
High intensity interval training is a short, effective, four circuit workout that boosts your energy and gets you sweating without any equipment! Each circuit consists of two fun but challenging moves, modifications are offered for every move so every HIIT class is customizable to YOU! If you're looking for an excellent, time effective workout, HIIT is the class for you!
All GoucherFit classes are open to students, staff, and faculty and all skill levels and abilities are welcome! Exercises can be modified to fit your needs.
