GoucherFit: Yoga w/ Lauren
Connect with your mind, body, and spirit through an invigorating vinyasa yoga practice. Use of breath work and different yoga poses will guide us in this journey together followed by a final meditation at the end of each session.
GoucherFit classes are open to students, staff, and faculty and all skill levels and abilities are welcome! Exercises can be modified to fit your needs.
