Barre is a full-body practice that is inspired by ballet, pilates, and yoga.  Participants will move through high repetitions of controlled movements and are encouraged to connect with their bodies, needs, and the present moment.

 

All GoucherMOVES classes are open to students, staff, and faculty and all experience levels, abilities, and identities are welcome! A variety of options are offered for each move in order to ensure all classes are accessible and fun for all.
