Each circuit consists of two fun bodyweight moves, options are offered for every move so every HIIT class is customizable to you!  If you’re looking for an exciting, time-effective movement style, HIIT is the class for you!

 

All GoucherMOVES classes are open to students, staff, and faculty and all experience levels, abilities, and identities are welcome! A variety of options are offered for each move in order to ensure all classes are accessible and fun for all.
