Come meet Goucher College's dance artist-in-residence, Kevin Jenkins, in the Todd Dance Studio from 11-11:45 a.m. Ask questions, hear about his creative endeavors and process, and watch Goucher dancers rehearse his work for the upcoming Goucher Repertory Dance Ensemble concert.

Founder and director of Ballet Counterpointe, Jenkins work has been praised by Dance Magazine as “riveting.” Awarded residencies with Djerassi and the National Choreographers Initiative, he has choreographed for companies that include State Street Ballet, St. Louis Ballet, the School of Ballet Arizona, CPYB, Island Moving Company, Dimensions Dance Theatre of Miami, and Big Muddy Dance, and his work has been performed on the Inside/Out Series at Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival. Jenkins has served on faculty at Boston Ballet School, Walnut Hill School for the Arts, the University of San Diego, and Master Ballet Academy.
