Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes relaxation and stress reduction.   It is based on the principle that the practitioner can channel energy into the client/patient through a simple ‘laying on hands’ approach (touch or no-touch). 

Sessions will be held in the Wellness Center (Trustees 102) on a drop in basis, will last approximately 15 minutes, and are free and open to all students, staff and faculty.
