Starting a Mindfulness Practice (Fall 2022A)
This is a 4 session course that will teach you the skill of mindfulness. It will also help you build the habit of using it in your life on a regular basis. Based on the foundations of Buddhist meditation, this course teach you 10+ different practices to start or enhance your mindfulness skills! NO experience necessary and NO religious or spiritual belief required!
