VERITAS: the Philosophy Club of Goucher College, in collaboration with the Goucher Philosophy Department, invites submissions by undergraduates for our tenth annual conference to be held on Saturday, April 20, 2013

Keynote Speaker: Dr. Peg Birmingham is a professor of philosophy at DePaul University. She teaches and conducts research in the areas of political thought, ethics, and feminist theory. She is particularly interested in modern and contemporary political thought, emphasizing the texts of Hobbes, Rousseau, Arendt, Heidegger, Kristeva, and Foucault
