About this Event
1021 Dulaney Valley Rd, Towson, MD 21204, USA
Join the VMC faculty and students—the acting curators of Goucher's Art & Artifact Collection—for conversation and cake! We will have one last look at Eleanor Goucher's famous frog collection (4th floor, ATH), and we'll take a first look at the recently mounted exhibition, Egyptian Faces || Facing Egypt: Selections from Goucher's Egyptian Collection, on view in the Silber Gallery through November 11th. We will also preview exciting plans on the horizon for the VMC, upcoming student-curated exhibitions, and courses on offer next semester.
Meet us at 4:00 in the Makerspace. From there, we'll process with much fanfare to the Frogs (exhibited adjacent to the Makerspace), before moving downstairs to the Silber. Join us for the full time or jump in for a few minutes! All are welcome!
