Walk one of our labyrinths--inside or out. Every Thursday, anytime between 5-7 pm. If the weather is bad, walk the canvas labyrinth in the Heubeck Multipurpose Room. When the weather is nice, walk the outdoor labyrinth (between Mary Fisher and the Chapel).

Labyrinths are different from mazes--no dead ends, no decisions. You simply follow the path to the center, wait, and walk out again. Walking meditation, prayer, relaxation.
