WELLNESS ACROSS THE LIFE SPAN: HOW SWEET IT IS!
Our bodies are made to move, and physical activity has numerous impacts on overall health and well-being. This program explores the benefits of exercise on physical and emotional well-being throughout the life span, and will provide suggestions for becoming more active in daily life. There will also be an introduction to Goucher’s new SWEET Initiative (Sleep, Water, Exercise, Eat, Time), and how these elements are being incorporated into campus life in order to increase focus, balance, and well-being.
