Yoga Nidra

Come experience the benefits of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that acts like a power nap and promotes rest and mental stillness while leaving you with renewed energy, decreased stress and better health.  Participants will rest comfortably lying down while this systemic meditation takes you through the layers of self, leaving you with a sense of wholeness. 

Participants should bring pillows and blankets (mats will be provided) - the more comfortable you are, the better the meditation will be.  Body temperature can drop during this meditation so please dress warmly.
