The yoga class I will be teaching will be a vinyasa flow yoga class with an alternating focus on pranayama (breathing techniques) as well as meditations. I will remain very flexible and open to the needs of the movers who will be attending my classes and would love to offer a variety of themes and types of sequences. We will start class with either a pranayama technique or a meditation, move into a flow sequence with a warm up, peak poses, and a cool down (either a gentle/stretching flow or a more active and energizing flow depending on the week), and end with savasana.
